It's a new day :0)


This is my new blog, that I am going to commit myself to journaling my process to becoming a healthier woman. Earlier this week I watch a lady on YOUTUBE filming herself going to the track. As I watched this lady she just inspired me so much, that she motivated me to go to the track too! I was so inspired by her and many others that I watched on YOUTUBE that I realized within my spirit that I have to make a healthy change. So I went out evening to my local track at the nearby High School. And I really enjoyed myself. I felt ALIVE again. Here's a pic of me running...just for a little. I am starting out slow... on Tuesday I walk 1.25 of a mile.
